Which island is next?

If you are based in the Scottish islands, sell food or drink, and would like to try offering online ordering alongside pick up or delivery, then get in touch.

From the same stable as isle20.com, I’m hoping that isleEats can help benefit the hospitality industry as we start to come out of lock down. Here are a few of the hoped for benefits:

With restricted numbers in cafes, bars and restaurants, it may not always be easy for people to get booked. By offering island visitors a pick up service, or by choosing to deliver (up to you as the business owner), you can increase orders despite restrictions.

As payment has already been taken, deliveries or pick ups can be done in a non-contact way.

isleEats offers a single place for visitors who are not familiar with the islands to locate food options, without searching through lots of sites or facebooks pages.

You get notified immediately about an order – saving a lot of back and forth conversations and phonecalls.

We are only taking a 10% fee on sales. This goes towards processing costs, site set up costs and management time. There are no other fees.

As the vendor, you are paid instantly. You keep 100% of any delivery or pick up fee you set.

You can set your preferred pick up and delivery times to be chosen at checkout. You do not have to offer delivery if that doesn’t suit you. The system is pretty flexible.
